No groups of more than 4 persons in the apartment unit unless authorised in advance.
No loud music that may disturb the neighbours after midnight.
Any damages to the apartment unit or furniture will be assessed at repair or replacement cost and will be the responsibility of the primary guest.
Picasso has a strict No Events Policy currently active and relative to the entire apartment block. This apartment unit has been booked for your personal use as a vacation rental and can only be utilized for residential means only. Therefore, no parties whatsoever are allowed in your apartment unit.
We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any property placed or guests of the primary guest on the premises relative to this reservation. We are therefore not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to individuals and property that may be sustained by reason of the primary guest’s occupancy.
The property and each individually booked apartment should be left in the condition in which it was met. Failure to do so will fall directly on the primary guest with regards to immediate restoration.
We strongly advise our guests to avoid leaning on the glass balustrades at the balconies.
Transportation
Airport pick-up and drop off can be arranged for you upon availability. However, ride hailing services such as Uber and Bolt are usually the easiest and cheapest way to get around town. Local taxis are also an option.
Housekeeping Service
Please take note that housekeeping service days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. However, should you need your apartment cleaned on a no service day, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our guest services team.
Energy Conservation
Please ensure that you take your keycard out of the energy management card slot at the front door of your apartment. Additionally, please help conserve electricity by turning off the air- conditioning and lighting when leaving the apartment unit.
Checkout
Checkout time is at 12 noon. A member of guest services will inspect the apartment unit prior to your departure to ensure that the apartment and its belongings are left in the same state as when you arrived.
